All employees are reminded of the Careways/Life Health Solutions services available to them.

All Anglo Corporate Services South Africa (ACSSA) employees are reminded of the Careways/Life Health Solutions services available to them 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. For those at 144 Oxford, please also note that Careways counsellors are onsite twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Below are the employee assistance programme (EAP) services on offer:

  • family and relationship concerns
  • alcohol, drug or other forms of substance abuse
  • gambling addiction and related problems
  • stressful life changes
  • violence and trauma
  • HIV/Aids
  • grief and bereavement.
  • professional telephonic legal support
  • drawing up of basic legal documents such as
    Last Will and Testament, and Power Of Attorney
  • assistance with residential leases
  • assistance with general sales agreements.
  • debt counselling
  • debt management
  • budgeting
  • blacklisting and related concerns
  • other financial matters.
  • general health and wellness tips
  • dietary information.

In addition to the above, where teams require group counselling, this can be arranged via your HR business practitioner.
