Mandatory Compliance Training – Three Days Left

Only 50% Of Assigned Colleagues Have Completed Their Training.

We have extended the deadline for completion of Group Mandatory Compliance Training (‘Doing Business with Integrity’) to Thursday, 30 November. This extension reflects the timing of the application process for Future Fit vacancies. It remains critical that everyone complete the training – it is not optional. This training release focuses on one module, Doing Business with Integrity and should be completed by Thursday, 30 November.

Remember: The training is designed to help you do your job and protect you and the organisation. By completing it you are doing the right thing by living our Values and complying with our Code of Conduct.

It’s non-negotiable. All Group Mandatory Compliance Training assigned to you is part of your role. Non-completion is not an option.

This new Doing Business with Integrity course combines five compliance topics and takes just 45 minutes to complete. You will learn about the following areas:

• Business Integrity (Anti-Bribery and Corruption)
• Anti-trust / Competition Law
• Anti-Tax Evasion
• Sanctions and Trade Controls
• Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing

The potential consequences and penalties for breaching the laws in these areas are significant and could include extensive fines, reputational damage and legal consequences for the company and individuals involved.
