Who are Northcott Global Solutions?
NGS is the new generation of international emergency response tracking, travel management and remote logistics company. The only dedicated medical assistance, security and point of incident evacuation provider designed to meet modern, corporate travel patterns.
How will NGS support us?
Effective 16 June 2023, NGS is connected to our Travel booking platform Egencia to track all new bookings and feed them into the NGS Aurora platform. This information will then be used to track our business travellers, ensuring their safety.
What about ISOS?
ISOS is still our primary medical provider and will still support us. It can be accessed through the NGS App Plus where an Anglo American operator who will have our ISOS membership number on hand will professionally transfer you to the nearest ISOS Assistance Centre for first-level support.
ISOS in China
For travel to China, ISOS will remain our primary travel safety partner.
