Join Major Mandisa Mfeka as we celebrate Youth Month

Break through any barrier… with military precision

Come and meet Major Mandisa Mfeka, the first female black fighter pilot to be enlisted in the South African Air Force, as she discusses her meteoric rise to the top. Major Mfeka is also the first black South African female pilot to fly the Hawk Mk 120 fighter plane for the South African Air Force. She participated in President Cyril Ramaphosa’s inauguration in 2019 by doing a flyby in this fighter jet.

Major Mfeka, who hails from KZN, will inspire you with her story on how she overcame great hurdles in life, and how she was able to refuse anything less than realising her dream to fly – by keeping her eye firmly on her goal.

Her book, ‘Yes, I am a pilot!’ is packed with adventure, and hot tips from a truly dynamic young woman, and will fire up your enthusiasm to rise to newer heights in your career, so make sure you attend!

Limited spots are available. Seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis!
