New Procedure For Canteen Vouchers

  1. When a new canteen access card is created, or a temporary access card is issued to an existing cardholder, the access card team will issue a meal voucher to the cardholder provided the following details have been captured on their profile:
    • Name and surname
    • Cost centre
    • Valid email address (If contractor, the email of the listed line manager must be Anglo American/De Beers/Kumba)
    • Valid cellphone number
    • Valid department and business unit
  2. For employees located at Oxford Parks (GSS), meal vouchers will be issued from the main reception desk, provided a valid access card or temporary access card is produced
  3. Should the cardholder conditions not be met, a meal voucher cannot be issued
  4. Canteen meal vouchers and visitors’ meal vouchers will only be issued between 08h00 and 12h00 daily to avoid overburdening the walk-in station
  5. Small groups of visitors (less than four) may receive the meal voucher but will require their host to be present to verify the cost centre
  6. Hosts without valid cost centres captured will not be issued vouchers for visitors
  7. Hosts should preferably make use of the Entertainment Cards for visitors’ meals, and for larger groups, a function should be booked
