Every day we fight unforeseen battles, without necessarily acknowledging it. The good news is that simple lifestyle changes can lead to improved mental health and wellbeing. By allowing ourselves periods of being “unbusy and unplugged” we create a culture of allowing ourselves to retreat from life’s pressures and be more present for life’s pleasures.
