A number of new Anglo Medical Scheme members, or those who have re-ordered cards or updated their details, have yet to collect their medical aid cards and welcome packs that were delivered to 144 Oxford some weeks ago. These are currently being stored in the mailing room located on P2 (parking level 2), and if yours arrived you should have received an email to this effect. Collect yours without delay – it’s a quick process and you will just need to show your access card and sign a document to confirm you have collected your medical aid card and welcome pack. Once you have your card, please remember to keep it in a safe place and also separately save your card details so that you have a way to access them even without your card at hand. If you also have a virtual card, you should only pass it on to your healthcare provider’s confirmed and official email address, and to no one else.
The card shows your ID number, and membership number, as well as you and your dependants’ names and date of births. This information should not fall into the wrong hands so be sure to keep your card safe.
