Your access card sits in what is called a RightCrowd Badge Holder. It’s a smartcard that is pre-programmed and stays on you at all times while you are onsite.
The badge holders were issued across Anglo Corporate Services South Africa (ACSSA) and De Beers as a safety control, to remind people of social distancing and for contact tracing for Covid-19 cases. With Covid-19 infection rates now under control and most of the workforce vaccinated at least twice, we would like to request that all RightCrowd Badge Holders as well as the charging cables they came with, be returned before the end of September 2022.
The badge holders and charging cables must be returned to one of the following locations:
144 Oxford Rd: Meeting room near reception between 07h30 and 09h30
GSS at Oxford Parks: Reception
TS: Security personnel at the entrance
Please make sure you return your badge holder and charging cable by the stated deadline of Friday 30 September 2022. Should you not have a replacement badge holder and want one, these will be made available at all three points of return.
