Some of you may have noticed that our Tech Bar is getting busier!
To help make things easier, we’ve introduced a ticketing system so you can now sit down, relax, and wait for your ticket number to be called or to appear on a screen; rather than stand in a queue. It’s a standard ticketing system

What issues can the Tech Bar help me with?

As you may know, our Tech Bar is the place to go when you want to:

  • ask our IT technicians any tech-related questions
  • learn something new
  • get something fixed
  • provide feedback on our IT support services

Where is it, and when is it open?

The Tech Bar is based on the 1st floor of 144 Oxford and is open Monday to Friday, 07h30 – 17h00. For those of you who travel, here is where our Tech Bars are located around the world.

Your feedback

As always, we’re keen to get your feedback – so we’ve made this easier too. Some of you may have seen that we’ve installed a simple button-pushing device at the Tech Bar, so you can very quickly and easily push the button that describes your experience immediately after your visit.

Other ways to get IT support

Remember, sometimes the quickest way to get IT support is to go directly to our IT self-service portal. You can easily get to it by selecting the IT Help button on your Microsoft Teams toolbar, or you can use the QR code on the stickers found on our desks around the office. Scanning the QR code will take you to the portal, where you can log a support request
