Important Safety Update: Atrium Activations

As you know, our atrium has been a hub for various corporate events and activities. However, a recent incident highlighted a significant safety risk. During an atrium activation, a hardboard sign fell, posing a high-potential hazard.

To ensure a safer working environment, we are introducing new guidelines for atrium activations:

  • No campaign materials will be allowed to be hung over the atrium balustrade or other high places without prior approval from Corporate Services Safety.
  • All materials, processes, and locations must meet safety standards.
