Hot desk booking at 144 Oxford Campus
Earlier this year, we completed our floor stacking process and allocated specific floors to designated functions. As a result, access to certain floors and hot desks is now restricted.
To ensure that an appropriate workspace is available when you arrive, all employees are encouraged to book a hot desk through the Cloudbooking system before coming into the office.
Please note that some hot desks on certain floors are not available for booking. These include the People and Organisation floor, where access is restricted due to the nature of the work and the confidential information handled in that area. Employees from other functions are therefore requested not to use hot desks in these restricted areas.
In line with our values of care and respect, if you are asked to move to a different area due to access restrictions, we kindly ask that you comply with the request.
