With the festive season fast approaching, now is an excellent time to remind yourself of our guidelines on Gifts, Entertainment and Hospitality (GEH).

Treating people to gifts and entertainment, such as meals or a small gift, is common practice in most countries. Exchanging gifts or entertainment may help to build goodwill and foster good relations with business partners and other stakeholders. However, anti-corruption laws prohibit offering or providing anything of value, including GEH, to a third party to gain an improper advantage or exert influence over decision-making.
