2024 Full-Year Performance Reviews Are Now Open

Thank you for logging your individual commitments and completing your mid-year performance review.

The final step in this year’s cycle is to have your full-year performance conversation. The review window opened on 14 October and closes on 24 November.
A reminder that performance reviews are now mandatory.

What you need to do

Please schedule a meeting with your line manager to discuss your performance throughout 2024, focusing on both your achievements and how you’ve demonstrated our Values.

After your meeting, you must record a summary of your conversation in Navigator+, your line manager will then review the conversation summary. Once both of you agree that it accurately reflects your discussion, you (not your line manager) must acknowledge the summary to finalise the process.
