At Anglo American, we are committed to conducting our business in a way that is consistent with our Values and Code of Conduct.

Our Code of Conduct is an example of our Values in action. It sets out consistent standards of behaviour for everyone who works for Anglo American across a range of areas – including safety.

Acting with integrity starts with each one of us. To become injury and fatality-free we have to create a supportive environment where we trust each other to do the right thing and challenge anything that is unsafe.
