The 2024 Winter Warmer Drive
It’s clutter to you. It’s warmth to them.
At Anglo American, in the spirit of Care and Respect and Collaboration, we want to help the homeless and disadvantaged who face extremely harsh conditions in the winter.
We ask that you have a look in your cupboards at home for any warm items you no longer need, have outgrown, or can do without. We also would gratefully welcome any items that you could buy, if there is nothing at home to bring in. We’re taking in items that will help warm someone up – blankets, jerseys, hoodies, coats, gloves, mittens, scarves, beanies and the likes thereof. Items for persons of all ages are welcome, so you can bring in that warm baby
receiver too.
Bring in your Winter Warmer items and pop them into the specially marked box located in the Vuka Café area. As the box fills up, we will empty it, so please bring as much as possible, so that together, we can generate as much warmth as possible.
