Meeting Room Protocols

Our Values guide our behaviour and help us be efficient in all we do. This includes being professional and courteous when hosting in-person meetings and booking a room on Outlook. More recently, there has been a noticeable increase in meeting rooms being booked – including large rooms that host up to 20 people – and the bookings are not honoured; leaving those who really do need them, without a space to gather.

We encourage you to honour your meeting room bookings, or to cancel them on Outlook well ahead of time to free up the room for a new booking.
