Colleagues, a number of you must be wondering where this and that item is – have you checked with Anglo American Lost Property?
We have numerous items sitting here separated from their owners, some very valuable! Rather than continue the endless search at home and badgering colleagues, friends and family, consider that it could be sitting with us.
To check, please email Eddie Muvhango at the Security Team at eddie.muvhango@angloamerican.com. In your email, please describe the item, including any unique identifying marks that can help verify ownership. Eddie will assist you in confirming if the item is yours and make arrangements for its safe return.
Clean desks mean fewer misplaced items
We have a clean desk policy to ensure our workspaces are as safe and hygienic as possible and in keeping with good workplace aesthetics. Plus, if you’re used to having a clean, clear desk, it’s unlikely you’ll leave something behind by mistake!
Remember to take your mugs to the kitchen once you are done with them and to leave nothing on your desk at the end of the day. A reminder that only closed lid mugs may be taken to desks, to avoid hot beverage spills.
