Disability Rights Awareness Month

Connecting meaningfully through inclusive and respectful language.

At Anglo American, we have adopted the Social Model of Disability and use the inclusive term ‘Persons with Disabilities’. We are committed to advancing and protecting the rights, healthand wellbeing of colleagues who are Persons with Disabilities, enabling them to reach their full potential, regardless of their impairment or disability.
