Live Event: Leading with Impact

Leading with Impact, our Team Effectiveness workshop that gives you tools and techniques to have meaningful feedback conversations is running in-person sessions at 144 Oxford on 4, 5, 6 and 7 July.

This year alone, over 300 people across Anglo American and De Beers Group have attended the training, virtually or in person, with 100% saying the training was worth their time – describing it as “Great!” “Excellent!” “Very appropriate” and “Really useful”.
