Practice good housekeeping, keep desks clear, lock all valuables away, return used cups to the kitchen or pause areas – do not take them home.

Always use a cup with a lid whilst carrying hot beverages.

Don’t eat at your desk, use the pause area.

Ensure that your induction is up to date – this needs to be done annually and is linked to your access.

Report any unsafe conditions, including spillages or broken items, to the Helpdesk immediately, by sending an email to:
