Ambassadors For Good Second Intake Now Open!

Future Ambassadors, we’re thrilled to share that our 2023 Ambassadors for Good programme is now open for a second intake! It’s a great chance for those who did not complete their first-round applications in time and those who did not start an application for the first round. Apply now, noting the deadline for the second intake is 16 June 2023. To ensure the successful completion of your application, please follow the steps below:

1. Express your interest and check out the online resources
First, express your interest at www.angloamerican.com/ambassadors-for-good. Then, you will be added to the Ambassadors for Good Teams page for your market where you will find helpful resources that walk you through the Ambassadors for Good project lifecycle and help you stay up-to-date on programme information. Once you are added you can communicate with other prospective Ambassadors and ask questions to your PYXERA Global program manager. You can also find these resources on Eureka! or Pursuit Online.

2. Refer your partner organization with your partner organisation’s contact information
This year, all Team Captains should refer their partner organisations by providing their contact information in the brief partner organisation referral form linked below. Click here to refer your partner organisation.

Once you have completed this form, our grantmaking partner in your location, either CAF America, Tshikululu Social Investments, or the Anglo American China Office will contact your partner organisation with more information on the Grant Request process. Your partner organisation must complete the Grant Request by 16 June 2023. We encourage you to refer your partner organisation as soon as possible so your partner has ample time to complete the Grant Request. We highly encourage you to work in collaboration with them to complete both the Project Application and the Grant Request.

3. Complete the online Project Application by 16 June 2023
Please use the link below to create an application portal login. Again this year, the Ambassadors for Good Portal allows you to save and return to in progress project applications or view already submitted project applications. Note that you may change the language of the programme portal by navigating to the language menu located at the top right corner.

Before starting your project application, we recommend reviewing and completing the Project Application Guide in the Employee Toolkit to work together with your team to develop your project. This Guide provides critical information on how to produce a high-quality, skills-based project and can be found on the Ambassadors for Good Teams channel and the programme portal under the Resources tab.
