The Anglo American Gym, located on the 7th floor of 144 Oxford and previously managed by Zenzele Fitness, is now under the management of a brand new gym group called Inside Active.

Any persons who still are not members of the gym are encouraged to go through, sign up and take the first step on the road to a fitter, healthier body. Your mind will also thank you for it as physical wellbeing can improve overall mental and emotional health.

Ask the friendly staff for a tour of the facilities and get a better idea of the benefits of health and wellness and the convenience of an onsite facility.
