International Colleagues Visiting 144 Oxford


As lockdown levels continue to be lifted
across the globe and international travel
resumes, we welcome our international
colleagues to our new offices at 144 Oxford
Road, Rosebank.

However, to access the new building,
there are a few protocols in place to
support international visitors to ensure that they have a seamless and comfortable
experience while working from our
Rosebank Corporate office.

Visitors are required to complete the online inductions before entering the building:

Visitors can access the global
Cloudbooking system to book parking and
hot desks:

Click here. The link can also be accessed on Eureka! via the ‘My Apps’ link. Meeting
rooms will need to be booked via Outlook.

Group’s Pandemic Travel Guidelines:

We have updated the Group’s Pandemic Travel Guidelines to make approvals required to travel internationally easier, and to differentiate between the approvals required for vaccinated and nonvaccinated
visitors

Covid-19 protocols:

On arrival, visitors are required to come to the Anglo American and De Beers main reception and will be
directed to the 6th floor to have an Antigen test done. Please note that visitors are required to complete
an Antigen test every 7 days while in the office or should immediately isolate if they experience any
Covid-19 symptoms . They can also book a PCR test at our Rosebank clinic.

PCR test to be done in Rosebank:

To have a PCR test done, visitors can go to the Firestation Rosebank Clinic: 8th floor, 16 Baker Street
Cnr Bath Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg.

Access cards:

Visitors can go to the Employee Service Centre on the 1st floor to collect their access card and will need
to activate the card in the canteen for meals. If visitors misplace the access card, they are required to
inform the IM team at the Employee Service Centre.

Access to our Travellers lounge:

We also have a Travellers lounge on the 6th floor at 144 Oxford Road Building to assist visitors only who
have arrived directly from the airport or haven’t checked into the hotel and need to freshen up for the day. Booking can be made by emailing naomi.neethling@angloamerican.com

The lounge has the following facilities:

  • A reception area
  • Shower facilities
  • Lockers
  • Refreshments
  • Working station

Safety and security details:

In the event of any safety or security alerts or incidents, international visitors should contact the Risk Intelligence Centre on 011 638 0340 and download the International SOS APP to receive regular
updates and notifications while travelling in the country.
