It’s official! GSS will be moving into Oxford Parks, just up the street from 144 Oxford Road, a mere 150 metres to be specific. While GSS will only be moving into Oxford Parks in [February] 2022, we look forward to welcoming them into the neighbourhood.

The GSS management team recently joined Interprop, the property development firm, at a sod- turning ceremony. The team were genuinely excited about their new home and what this means for all their employees. As Human Resource Manager, Kasturi Adari said, "I think everyone is going to be impressed - everything they asked for in the move survey - we’re delivering, and a little more."

Nestled between Rosebank central and Illovo, Oxford Parks is a safe, secure, pedestrian friendly green precinct within walking distance of Rosebank shops, restaurants, hotels, medical facilities and schools. Built as a 5 Star Green Rated building, the precinct is designed to be both sustainable and viable.
