Johannesburg Campus Pack Up & Move to 144 Oxford

During our last Movers Session, we shared all the details we have on the Johannesburg Corporate Campus Packing and clean up, which your Move Champion will share with you. These include Campus protocols and processes, packing up days, packing equipment provided and clean up bins.

In essence, our move to 144 Oxford is on track for September 2021 and will take place in a phased approach.

The Johannesburg Corporate Campus Packing and Clean-up is scheduled to start on 26 July 2021 and run through to September 2021.

De Beers Group Packing and Clean-up is scheduled to start on 4 October 2021, while the De Beers Group colleagues move is planned for Mid-October 2021.

Group Shared Services' Clean-up and Packing Campaign forms part of the Johannesburg Corporate Campus programme. The Leadership Team are looking at a potential interim Return to Office for GSS employees, which will be confirmed in August. Their permanent move to Oxford Parks is scheduled for March 2022.

Each Business Unit has specific days allocated to them to come into Campus and Clean, Pack-up and Collect pre-approved IT Equipment and Chairs to assist working remotely. If you want to confirm when these days are planned for, touch base with your Move Champions.
