WHY are we using it?
Being agile and responsive is essential in our fast-paced world. Cloudbooking is a system designed for our new way of working and ever-evolving workplace.

WHAT do we use it for?
Cloudbooking has multiple uses. Firstly, it is how you book meeting rooms, hot desks, screens, chairs, visitors, and parking. Secondly, Cloudbooking enables a safe and seamless return to the workplace during COVID-19 by optimising socially distanced office space. It also improves connectivity across the company by putting in place a safe workplace management system.

WHEN will it be implemented?
The Cloudbooking system will be up and running by the time we move into 144 Oxford. We will keep you updated as to the exact date, so keep a lookout for news from your Shapers.

We will also provide user-friendly training material and sessions to assist employees to use the Cloudbooking system effectively.
