Will the desks be sanitized every day?
We will follow the same strict sanitizing protocols done in the CBD to ensure our employees are safe. This will be supported with regular fogging and UV sterilization of the air conditioning system.

Where is the assembly point for emergencies?
The assembly point was initially going to be on the podium at the back of the building, but we felt it was too small. So, we are looking at various other options, including the school soccer field that is 100 meters away or potentially the area next to the side of the building. However, these have been identified as a risk, so we are working to comply with the Anglo American standard. By the time employees move in, there will be an induction video clearly showing the evacuation points and procedures.

How does 144 Oxford support disabled employees?
A disability professional has been appointed to the team. He has assessed the entire building and submitted a list of recommendations that we have taken on and are implementing. The building will be compliant and signed off at the end of the project. We will then be able to confirm how well we did with the compliance.
