Hybrid Working

Hybrid Working is a flexible working model that combines working from home with working in the office or other sites. Our Hybrid Working Policy sits under our Flexible Working Policy and is currently being finalised. We will be sharing this with you in the near future.

Is Hybrid Working for everyone?
It only applies to colleagues who can perform part of their work and obligations away from 144 Oxford.

Can I choose to work from home permanently?
This would need to be discussed with your line manager and will ultimately be determined by the business and team needs, the individual role and customer requirements, as well as personal circumstances and preferences. This would not be considered Hybrid Working and would fall under our Flexible Working Policy.

How often will I need to come into the office?
When and how often you come into the office will be discussed with and determined by your manager, team, and you.

How will I work with my team at the office?
As soon as you know where your team is located, you can book your hot desk in the vicinity. There are a wide variety of formal and informal meeting rooms, places to collaborate and innovate as well as quiet zones where you can focus on getting the work done.
