1. Will we go back to the office full-time?

Our agile new workplace is designed to support a flexible and FutureSmartTM way of working. Balancing working from home, on-site and in the office is the new way forward. To give you an indication of our approach, our space planning has been worked out on a 60/40 split, which means we have accommodated for a maximum capacity of 60% of staff at any one time.

While Head Office is still finalising the policies, these will be different and relevant to the many different roles performed. We are working on a revised Flexible Work Policy for the Corporate Office. This will incorporate hybrid working, taking into account the role requirements, employee needs and company needs. Further details will be shared once the policy is finalised.

2. Will employees be taken through an induction on arrival so that safety and other requirements like evacuation are known?

Yes, there will be an induction for all employees as well as ongoing communication (both leading up to and during the phased move) which will inform you of such specifics.
