Covid-19

144 OXFORD

1. What Covid-19 protocols and safety measures have been put in place at 144 Oxford?

Safety and Covid-19 prevention protocols have been built into the building design:
• Controlled access points and 1-way circulation routes -two access points per wing, minimum 1.5m apart.
• Reduced occupancy: floor plates divided into neighbourhood zone systems on each wing for staggered team working.
• Workstations are a minimum of 1.5m apart with physical screen barriers.
• Social distancing measures in place: reduced occupancy in shared areas and meeting rooms ensuring 1.5m distances.
• Extensive sanitisation points provided.

In addition, we have implemented and strictly enforced the Group’s Covid-19 protocols. To date, no positive Covid-19 cases have been recorded. Safety is the main focus for the project team and to date no health and safety incidents have been reported. At the end of March 2021, the project achieved 253,095 LTI free hours.

2. Where will the safety inductions be presented to day visitors?

Inside the building, at various access points from the main reception entrance, and in the parking floors.

3. Why is Anglo American going for open plan considering that Covid-19 is still around?

We have taken the utmost care to ensure that social distancing and all the Group’s Covid-19 protocols are followed. (Also, see question 1 above)

4. Did we make a provision for healthcare services, considering our learnings from Covid-19?

There is an OSH Clinic and the Rosebank Clinic is 500m away.

5. What is the HVAC systems rate of air change and how will air recirculation be reduced?

The HVAC system has been adapted to C19 requirements.

6. Are we only moving and packing up after vaccinations have rolled out?

No, we will not be able to wait for the rollout as we are unsure how quick it will happen.

7. What is the protocol on office employees receiving the vaccination?

We encourage our employees to have a vaccination to help reduce infection.
