Add the onion and garlic and saut\u00e9 until soft. Add the tomato paste, cumin, paprika and (optional) chipotle spice. Saut\u00e9 for a further minute.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the chopped tomatoes, water, and chakalaka soup pack. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shredded chicken and simmer for a further five minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Season to taste with lemon juice and black pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Slaw: Brush the cobs of corn lightly with oil and cook under a hot grill or in a frying pan until tender and lightly charred. Cut the kernels off the cobs and place in a bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, and lemon juice, and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Plating: Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Top each one with a spoonful of the chicken mix, followed by the slaw and slices of avocado.
