Brought to you by #WoMine Colleague Network<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"col\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 340px; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\n<div class=\"pink-bg\" style=\"width: 100%; padding: 30px; margin:-112px 0 0 70px\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<strong>The sanitary towels collected will be donated to community centres, secondary schools and women\u2019s shelters as identified by the Anglo American South Africa Education Programme and the Anglo American Foundation.<\/strong>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Access to sanitary towels remains a challenge for millions of unemployed women and young girls in South Africa, due to affordability.<\/p>\n<p>Especially for schoolgirls, lack of sanitary protection often means staying away from school for up to a week each month, missing out on critical learning which may impact termly and year-end marks.<\/p>\n<p>Help us help as many girls and women as possible by donating sanitary towels throughout Women\u2019s Month.
