One of the tools for achieving this is Visible Felt Leadership (VFL), which is essentially a leadership process with a strong safety component. VFL is all about influencing people to do the right things \u2013 it is about connecting with people, showing that you care, and coaching them (where appropriate) about safety. The learning takes place in a relaxed and non-threatening environment \u2013 this maximises the impact of the
