Exchanging gifts or entertaining may help to build goodwill and foster good relations with business partners and other stakeholders. But anti-corruption laws prohibit offering or providing anything of value, including GEH, to a third party in order to gain an improper advantage or exert influence over decision-making.<\/p><p><strong>With this in mind, colleagues in Anglo American are prohibited from offering or receiving any gifts, entertainment or hospitality that:<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
