We are committed to advancing and protecting the rights, healthand wellbeing of colleagues who are Persons with Disabilities, enabling them to reach their full potential, regardless of their impairment or disability.<\/p><p>Misguided language use can be exclusionary, offensive, and become a barrier to meaningful connections. It promotes outdated beliefs that Persons with Disabilities are needy, suffering, or incapable.<\/p><p><strong class=\"orange\">Everyone\u2019s Dignity Matters<\/strong>. The language we use can foster respect for the rights and dignity of Persons with Disabilities and enable us to interact more authentically, with Care and Respect.
