Sonza highlights that diet is vital in any person\u2019s weight loss journey. He advises that those in their fitness journey should consume low-calorie filling foods and look for foods that contain adequate protein and fibre while pairing them with a good source of healthy fats. When fibre, protein, and fat are consumed together, you feel fuller for longer.<\/p><p><strong>Varying your exercise regime<\/strong> by combining cardiovascular with strength training exercises delivers the best results for weight loss.
