let your voicemail do what it\u2019s supposed to.<\/li><li>Show Visible Felt Leadership \u2013 if you spot someone walking while on their cellphone, stop them and be open to correction by others.<\/li><li>Once you leave the building, not only is it unsafe to walk while on your cellphone;
