message sent this week<\/a>, it\u2019s time to start thinking about your 2025 performance and identifying your individual commitments.<\/p><p>Please work with your line manager to agree to at least three individual commitments which are aligned with your business or function-critical tasks. your commitments will ensure you know what you are accountable for delivering as part of your performance expectations this year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
