Will there be double screens at our workstations?
Smart curved screens with docking stations have been installed on all desks. Special software has been installed that will allow you to set up multiple views onto one screen.
How can I make calls during my work day?
Microsoft Teams Telephony is the new way to make and receive calls. Headsets will be provided which you can use for all your Microsoft Teams collaboration services – voice calls, meetings, video conferencing, etc.
What new equipment will we receive at 144 Oxford?
The only new equipment that you will receive when you come to the office is a headset, wireless mouse, and keyboard. A big, curved screen and docking station will be provided at each workstation in the office.
Is there an IM Walk-in Centre at 144 Oxford?
Yes, there is a walk-in centre for employees at 144 Oxford. This is located on the 1st floor of the building and is open Monday to Friday, 07h00 – 17h00.
