What do I use Cloudbooking for?
Our Cloudbooking system will be used to book your hot desk for when you are at the office.
You can conduct all bookings on the web browser portal or download the app onto your phone from the Apple App Store or the Play Store. It’s a simple, seamless process that will save you time and ensure your day at the office is planned and organised.
Please note that you must only use one booking method/platform for bookings at any one time. Do not ‘mix and match’ bookings by using different methods to edit or change a booking. You will only be able to book up to one month in advance on the Cloudbooking system.
