All you need to know about getting your access card
Book yourself in as a visitor on Cloudbooking
Before your access card can be distributed to you, please book on Cloudbooking to register yourself as a visitor.

Access card application form and the safety induction
Complete the online access card application form and the safety induction no later than 48 hours before you arrive at 144 Oxford to collect your access cards.
This allows the team time to confirm employment status.
IMPORTANT: Those who cannot access the link must please log a ticket with IM and request access to the form, as there have been a few people who can’t access the form.
Those having trouble with the induction found within the sheet must please log a ticket with support@passport360.com.
Head to 144 Oxford to collect your access card
Arriving by car:
Once you have arrived at the 144 Oxford parking please indicate to the security guard that you are here to collect your access card. They will direct you to park on the ground floor.
From there, head to the elevators which will lead to the reception desk on the left.
Notify reception that you are here to collect your access card.
They will arrange for a security guard to escort you to the Walk-in Centre on the 1st Floor.
Arriving by public transport:
If you are using public transport to get to 144 Oxford, please make your way safely to the building, enter the front entrance and make your way to the reception desk.

Collect your access card
Once you are in the Walk-in Centre, a friendly Anglo American employee will assist you in obtaining your access card.
IMPORTANT: For security reasons your access card will be deactivated if you have not used it for 2 weeks or more.
Please email the access cards team the day before you come to the office (if you have not been here for two weeks) to activate your card again.
Start working at 144 Oxford
Welcome to your new home!
Yes, we encourage you to start working at 144 Oxford once you have received your access card. You will need to book a hot desk on Cloudbooking for the days you wish to come in.
NOTE: Due to the 2nd floor being under construction, there will be pressure on capacity at 144 Oxford. Please book in advance and cancel your desk booking if you decide not to come in. This will ensure it is available for fellow colleagues.
